We offer next-day delivery if you order before 8pm.
HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver up to 50 kilometers toll-free from our JOY Melbourne CBD store.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
There is a flat rate of $18 if your delivery location is within a 25km (toll-free) drive of the Joy CBD store. Extra km’s are charged at $2.45 per additional km over 25km. Delivery is calculated at checkout for you when you enter your address.
WHAT IF I LIVE MORE THAN 50KM FROM JOY?
You are welcome to email us [email protected] for a custom delivery quote. You can of course also collect your order from one of our stores.
WHAT TIME WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Delivery is between 9am – 5pm. We are currently unable to provide you with a specific delivery time due to the high number of orders. Please contact us via email if you have specific requirements.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME?
We will attempt to contact you when we arrive. If you cannot be reached, we will leave your order in the safest place available to us.
Please consider leaving an esky or cool bag at the door if you are not going to be home.
IS DELIVERY CONTACTLESS?
Delivery can be contactless on request. Otherwise, orders are handed to the customer keeping a 1.5-meter distance.
