WHAT IS A GIGGLE?
A giggle is a mini cupcake.
WHY DO I HAVE TO BUY TWO OF EACH GIGGLE FLAVOUR?
Because of the way they are packaged in our boxes, it’s a minimum of two per flavour to
avoid cross contamination.
WHY ISN’T YOUR RED VELVET RED?
Because we don’t use artificial colours, we make our own red colouring with beetroots,
fruits and flowers. This results in a more natural, burgundy red colour.
CAN I ORDER CUPCAKES NOT AVAILABLE ON THAT DAY OF THE WEEK?
You can only order cupcakes available on the day of delivery/collection.
HOW SAFE ARE YOUR CAKES FOR SEVERE ALLERGIES?
We make a range of cakes that are nut free, gluten free and vegan. We take every
precaution to minimize cross contamination in our baking, preparing and handling
processes, however we do have nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten etc in the same premises.
HOW LONG CAN I LEAVE YOUR CAKES OUT OF THE FRIDGE?
All of our cakes and cupcakes should be left at room temperature no longer than four
hours before being consumed.
HOW SHOULD I STORE YOUR PRODUCTS?
In an airtight container in the fridge.
HOW LONG DO YOUR CAKES AND CUPCAKES KEEP FOR?
Our cupcakes will keep for two – three days stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Our whole cakes will keep for two – three days stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Our cheesecake will keep for three – four days stored in an airtight container in the
fridge. Bring to room temperature for one – two hours before enjoying.
HOW LONG DO YOUR PRESERVES LAST?
Our lemon curd will keep for four weeks in the fridge after opening. Our other preserves will keep for eight weeks in the fridge after opening.
CAN I FREEZE YOUR PRODUCTS?
You can freeze our cupcakes and whole cakes in an airtight container for two – three months.Defrost in the fridge and bring to room temperature for one – two hours before enjoying.
DO YOU CUSTOMISE YOUR CAKES?

CAN I ADD A JOY STICKER TO MY ORDER?
Yes, you can select your sticker at check out.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
You are welcome to collect your order from any of our stores. Select Pick Up and your chosen store at check out.
IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND FOR COLLECTION?
No.
DO YOU POST YOUR PRODUCTS?
Currently we do not post our cakes and preserves.
CAN I ORDER FOR THE NEXT DAY?
We offer next day delivery if you order before 8pm.

Yes! We offer pick up in store. Simply choose the Pick Up option at the checkout when ordering online.
