We have a delicious range of Uncupped Tarts with unique flavours. For a long time these were only available at our South Melbourne market stall, but now you can have JOY tarts delivered to your door.

Our Lemon Meringue Pie with Thyme Oil is filled with a deep layer of our baked lemon curd. Topped with piped torched meringue and drizzled with house made thyme oil, this is one for the lemon lovers.

The JOY Apple Tarte Tatin Cake contains a secret layer of moist cinnamon spiced cake underneath the caramelised apples. A uniquely designed shortcrust lattice blankets the top, with a dusting of cinnamon sugar as the finishing touch.

The newest addition to our Uncupped Tarts range is our Raspberry and Almond Frangipane Tart. A house made shortcrust pastry case is filled with almond frangipane studded with raspberries, topped with flaked almonds and a light brush of glaze. The sweet, nutty frangipane and tart raspberries provide a perfectly balanced bite.

Our most unique tart, and possibly the staff favourite, is our Gevulde Speculaas. We make a biscuit dough laced with warm spices of Speculaas, including cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and ginger. It’s filled with a rich and sticky baked almond paste for a sweet slice that is perfect with an afternoon coffee.
